Key requirements

A certain entity submitting a certain annual report to the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to include in the report certain information relating to female representation on the entity’s board of directors; providing for the application of this Act; requiring the Comptroller to make a certain report to the General Assembly on or before a certain date each year; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating to gender diversity in corporate management and boardrooms.

All publicly held domestic corporations or foreign corporations whose principal executive offices, according to the corporation's SEC 10-K form, are located in this state
